If there is a problem with the item/s you have received (e.g. they don't match the items you ordered or the items are defective), please contact me before doing anything else.
If your order is faulty or incorrect, drop me a message, and I’ll get it sorted for you ASAP.
My return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact me quoting your order number and we’ll get the ball rolling.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
I can’t offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your items, contact me to return them for a refund and then place a new order via the website. This will ensure you get your new items as quickly as possible.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I’ll receive your returned item.
